Product Manager

The Opportunity:

At Worldline we have a passion for products as we aim at providing our customers with the best possible experience, for merchants and for their end users. We are proud to define the product strategy of the European leader in payment services, in a constantly changing ecosystem.
Scope of omnichannel payment solutions for large accounts is growing, and we are looking for motivated people to join a team of dynamic product managers, dealing every day with retailers from different industries (grocery, QSR, specialty retail, travel & hospitality, transport, vending, petrol, electrical vehicle charging, etc.…).

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You define the Product strategy and roadmap
  • You build and maintain business cases, to ensure a perfect match between the investment to be done and the value to be gathered by Worldline
  • You assess of the competitive landscape
  • You conduct user groups to assess new product development initiatives, new services or operational improvement initiatives
  • You produce and maintain the business initiatives, support the product owner(s) in translating into EPIC, to get it prioritize into the development Backlog
  • You design and support the execution of product Go-to-Market strategy (communication, documentation, training)
  • You define partnerships/subcontracting when required
  • You build the pricing of the features with the support of the pricing team
