Our in-person or online Top Women Tech Summit events bring together leading employers and pre-selected female talents in STEM fields. Through invite-only networking, roundtable discussions, and interviews, we facilitate connections and opportunities for employers to boost hiring diversity and engage with talented women in tech.

We actively source and attract only top female talents for our summits. We ensure a high-quality selection of attendees.

Selection

Before the event, we thoroughly screen each candidate according to educational background, professional experience, extra-curricular activities, internships, language skills, international exposure and more.
