The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS), including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements. Service is the key to success. As a colleague in our globally active service team, you will appreciate the independent, varied and solution-oriented work. What is this job about:
- Delivering high quality field services (Installation, maintenance, repairs) related to high voltage products.
- Inspecting and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal electrical equipment performance.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Prepare documents and reports ready for sign off by customers
- Comply with health & safety and environmental directives.
What you bring:
- Electrical or mechanical technical or engineering education.
- Relevant work experience in high voltage or similar field.
- Good level of spoken and written local and English language.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel and live away from home
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Focus on high-quality service delivery & customer orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
