We are hiring + 40 innovative minds in our Operations team at Euroclear Bank in Brussels. Operations @Euroclear is where we create connections between clients and financial markets. Supporting one of the world’s leading financial institutions will give you valuable experience from your very first day. Once hired, there will be an induction period during which you’ll get to know the company, and receive any necessary training and coaching. From your very first week, you’ll play a part in making sure the thousands of transactions that move through Euroclear’s systems every day do so perfectly.

Role & responsibilities:

• You contribute to the delivery of the range of services offered to our clients : from primary issuance to securities settlement and multiple financing solutions.
• You increase your expertise on specific asset types, markets or services.
• You ensure the accurate handling of customers’ transactions at all times.
• You strive for efficiency and you continuously propose new solutions to non-standard situations.
• You initiate or participate to transversal projects by sharing your own insights.
