OBJECTIVE
To hire specific technical profiles for its headquarters based in Germany.
CHALLENGES
- The German employment market is very competitive
- The targeted population is not very mobile
SOLUTION
To organize 5 Recruitment Days in a midsized German city between 6 recruiters and 12 candidates. The candidates were preselected though CV screening and in-depth telephone interviews as well as online tests. Through scheduled meetings, tests and exercises, the client was able to hire 3 to 5 candidates per Recruitment Day.

- Due to Covid-19 the face-to-face event could not take place as originally planned

- Moving the entire process online from sourcing to onboarding.
- It includes:
- Sourcing of candidates
- Qualification calls: checking motivation, availability, salary expectations etc.
- Inviting candidates, point of contact until the interviews, and checking candidate feedback.
