To organise 4 afterworks in hotels or on client premises in Lisbon (Portugal), Washington DC (USA), Pune and Hyderabad (India). Each afterwork brought together 5 HR or line managers and 20 candidates preselected on CV screening and qualification calls. Through group presentations and informal talks, the client was able to present its career opportunities in an attractive way and, as a result, integrated qualified candidates into its recruitment process for short and midterm vacancies.
