Empowering women to shape the future of technology – with confidence, curiosity, and impact

At E.ON Digital Technology, we believe that innovation thrives when diverse minds come together. This space celebrates the women who are driving digital transformation – with curiosity, courage, and excellence. Whether in AI, software engineering, data science or digital project management, they are shaping the future of technology and redefining what leadership looks like.

Empowering women in tech: inside E.ON and beyond

Our women in the digital tech community

We’re committed to amplifying women’s growth, impact and presence in digital tech roles. Through dedicated programs, inclusive communities like Women in Digital Tech and a culture that values every voice, we’re building a workplace where female talent can flourish – and where digital progress is truly for everyone.

Our approach and commitment

At E.ON, we take a holistic approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), aiming to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and welcome.

In 2024, E.ON successfully completed the 15-month pilot project “Diversity Compass”, initiated by the Stifterverband and Charta der Vielfalt. Alongside five other companies, E.ON helped develop tools and structures to embed DEI across all business areas and processes.

Supported by external facilitators, an international project team at E.ON defined a DEI vision and mission and created a maturity model to guide the continuous development of diversity initiatives.
