Be You. Be Bayer.

Bayer aims to create a working environment where people have equal opportunities to contribute, develop and succeed.

We value different perspectives and want employees to feel respected, included and able to be themselves at work.

Our approach focuses on attracting and developing diverse talent, supporting equal growth opportunities and creating an inclusive and accessible workplace.

Employee-led Business Resource Groups are a further part of Bayer’s inclusion efforts. They provide opportunities for colleagues to connect, exchange experiences and contribute to an environment where different perspectives are represented.

Through communities and networks such as GROW, colleagues can connect, learn from one another and support the growth and advancement of women across Bayer.

We believe that bringing together people with different backgrounds, experiences and skills strengthens collaboration and helps us develop better solutions for the patients, consumers and farmers we serve.

Build your career and make a contribution

Bayer colleagues work across countries, disciplines and business areas, bringing their knowledge, experience and ideas to their work.

Learning and development can take many forms at Bayer. Employees can build their skills through professional training, digital learning, mentoring, coaching and feedback. Development can also happen through practical experience, such as taking responsibility for projects, job shadowing, working in cross-functional teams or completing short-term and international assignments.

Career development is increasingly focused on skills, impact and individual aspirations. Employees are encouraged to take an active role in their development, reflect on the skills they have and want to build, and explore opportunities across roles, projects and business areas.

Development conversations and regular feedback help employees identify strengths, development areas and practical next steps.

Beyond their day-to-day roles, employees can also support local communities through volunteering. Bayer provides paid time off for eligible volunteering activities, giving colleagues the opportunity to contribute their time and skills to causes that matter to them.
