We are the AXA entity dedicated to tech, artificial intelligence and security
In January 2019 AXA Group Operations was created by bringing together some of the talents from three existing AXA entities, giving birth to a new AXA entity focused on technical & infrastructure products, digital technology, business operations, procurement and security.
Building on this inheritance, we have structured our common foundations and have set a vision, mission and strategic ambition for AXA GO. We fully intend to achieve great things by capitalizing on our diversity of talents around the world as well as our proven expertise and creativity. AXA Group Operations is present in 17 countries with over 6,700 employees.
Customer First
All our thinking starts with the customer.
We consider the way they live so that we continue to be relevant and impactful.
Integrity
We are guided by strong moral principles.
We trust our judgement to do the right thing for our customers, employees, stakeholders and partners.
Courage
We speak our mind and act to make things happen.
We push the boundaries and take daring actions to find new ways to be valuable.
ONE AXA
Being together and being different, makes us better.
We are stronger when collaborating and acting as one inclusive team.
Discrimination, non-inclusive behaviour and harassment have no place at AXA. We expect every employee to show respect for their colleagues, customers and partners.
We make sure all employees have equal access to opportunities and we have policies and procedures in place to pay them equitably – based on their role, skills, contribution or impact – and we do not discriminate on the basis of gender or other factors.
Unjustified pay gaps are addressed, should they arise.
We encourage employees at every level to be allies. We want all our people to actively promote and advance a culture of inclusion – through deliberate, positive and mindful efforts. We can make a big difference with everyday actions like using inclusive language, recognising and addressing unconscious biases, and challenging non-inclusive behaviour.
