Programme Overview
- Duration: 16-month programme
- Run: Sept. 2027 –Dec. 2028
- Positions with a specific future role in mind
- 2-3 extended rotations + 1 international rotation with focus on future role
- Specific certifications tied to future role
- Work on group projects of strategic importance
- On-boarding training/continuous learning during programme/programme graduation incl. project presentation
- A mentor to support you throughout the programme
